I was born and raised in mainland China. After completing my college education at Beijing Broadcasting Institute I became an Account Executive for the Dept. of Advertising in China National Radio. Seven memorable and successful years later, I decided to explore my passion for contemporary art, which led me to Bard College at Annandale-on-Hudson in New York. I obtained my M.A. degree in 2002 from the Center for Curatorial Studies in Contemporary Art at Bard College. I was ready to move back to my beloved city Beijing when I met my husband, Chris, who changed everything. Now I live in Rhinebeck, New York, happily married with a beautiful child. I am pleased to say that I have found the place I call home…
